A NAMBROK teenager caught doing burn-outs on the Nambrok football oval has had his car impounded by police. Police said the 18-year-old was caught doing burn-outs at the oval and on a nearby road on Tuesday night. Police are continuing inquiries into seizing another car they believe was involved in the same hoon driving incident. Any witnesses to the burn-outs are asked to phone Rosedale police on 5199 2222.

A PLAYSTATION, laptop, mobile phone and soldering iron were stolen during a burglary at a Maffra flat early this week. Maffra police said the burglary occurred overnight on Monday at a home in King St. Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to phone Maffra police on 5147 1026.

A HEYFIELD teenager will be charged on summons to Sale Magistrates Court for driving while disqualified. Heyfield police said they received reports on Monday of the 18-year-old driving around Heyfield on Sunday. Police said the man would be charged with various driving offences.
