Sale burglaries

15 Jun, 2009 03:12 PM
TWO Sale men were due to appear in Sale Magistrates Court next Monday facing numerous burglary charges.

Sale police arrested a 37-year-old man and a 35-year-old man last week in relation to three burglaries in Sale on Wednesday and Thursday.

The men have been charged with three counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of burglary, five theft charges, and a charge for a theft from a car.

The charges stem from burglaries at a motel, a home and an apartment in Sale.

The 35-year-old man was also charged for a burglary at Balaclava last year. The 37-year-old man was remanded in custody for his Monday court appearance.

The 35-year-old man was bailed, but as he was on parole the Parole Board cancelled his parole and he too went into police custody.

Sale police also charged a 31-year-old Sale man with handling stolen goods in relation to the burglaries.

He was bailed to appear in Sale Magistrates Court on July 21.

Sale police said they had recovered $8000 worth of stolen goods from the burglaries.

Good work to the local police, keep these clowns locked up and then run them out of town. Sick of seeing these sorts of bludging grubs (and their clown bludging mates) ruining a good town.
