Wurruk burglary hunt

SALE detectives are appealing for public help to track down the thieves involved in a burglary at an industrial premises in Wurruk on Sunday night.

The burglary occurred between 10am Sunday and 5am Monday morning.

The burglars stole power tools and police believe a vehicle was used in the burglary.

Anyone with information is asked to phone Sale crime investigation unit on 5143 5000.

A HEYFIELD man will appear in Sale Magistrates Court on summons for various driving charges.

Heyfield police caught a 19-year-old youth from the Heyfield area speeding on Sale-Cowwarr Rd at Nambrok on Saturday afternoon.

Police allege he was driving more than 30km over the limit.

He will be charged on summons for careless driving and speeding.
