SALE defeated Churchill in B grade with Hannah Jackson, Will Hector and Nicole Garner its best.

Moe-Newborough had a 16-4 win over Morwell.

CHURCHILL won its C grade match against Sale by two runs in a close battle, while Moe-Newborough defeated Morwell 9-0.

FOG forced the colts match at Churchill to be abandoned with only one inning completed with Sale ahead 6-0.

Moe-Newborough won the other match, 9-0, against Morwell.

SIX Sale Rangers will travel to Ballarat this weekend to represent Latrobe Valley at the state under 18 championships.

Josh Scicluna, Nicole Garner, James Jackson, Brad Taylor, Tom Munn, Tim Hector and Rhiannon Smith will be joined by John Goedhart, Luke Hamilton and Gary Larkin from Churchill, Moe-Newborough's Nathan Simpson and Andrew Bloomfield, and Linden Goodman from Traralgon.

The squad will be coached by Rangers A grade captain Will Hector.
