AFTER another interesting day of North Gippsland men's bowls pennant, all top positions on the ladders in the three divisions are up for grabs.
Division one ladder leader Stratford went down to a revitalized Maffra unit, losing all three rinks and going down by 17 shots.
Heyfield defeated Yarram by seven shots in a close encounter, while Sale Blue defeated an improving Rosedale by eight.
Sixth-placed Sale Golf defeated arch rivals Sale White by seven shots.
In division two, Maffra won the battle for top spot with Heyfield defeating the leaders by eight shots and taking over top billing.
Wurruk defeated Sale Sale Blue by four shots, Sale White defeated Yarram by 62 and Stratford defeated Sale Golf by 13.
Fifth-placed division three side Yarram defeated leader Maffra by seven shots in a tight game at Maffra.
Heyfield defeated Sale Blue by 23 shots, Rosedale defeated Stratford White by 18 and Sale White defeated Wurruk by 24.
Stratford Red had the bye.
Meanwhile four North Gippsland association bowlers have been selected in the 16-man squad to represent group eight in the group championships at Corowa, New South Wales in January, Matthew Higgins (Sale), Ian Johns (Stratford), Wayne Lynch (Yarram) and Rohan Kelly (Heyfield).
